Conformable contact with the grey and dark-grey medium- and thick-bedded marls and pebbled limestone, intercalated with bioclastic limestone at the top of the underlying Xipiaoluo Fm.

Upper contact

Disconformably overlain by the dark-grey medium- and thick-bedded oolite-, and skeletal-fragment-bearing limestones at the base of the overlying Heinishao Fm.
